1. Sentence structures to describe new items:

For example: In 2010, a shopping mall was built in the south of the town.

2. Sentence structures to describe replaced items:

For example: In 2016, the kindergarten was demolished to give space for a church in the north of the city.

3. Sentence structures to describe unchanged items:

From … to …, the … had remained at its position in the … of …

For example: From 2010 to 2012, the beer factory had remained at its position in the west of the town.

From … to …, the position of … had remained unchanged in the … of …

For example: From 2012 to 2014, the position of the cinema had remained unchanged in the center of the city.
